PROPERTIES

WHA’s communities are affordable rental properties for low to moderate income families and individuals. We operate 7 properties, which includes 642 units located throughout the city of Watertown, New York. 

We offer 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom standard apartments, including ADA-accessible units. All of the complexes have similarities, but have a unique community within itself. WHA properties are conveniently located near schools, bus routes, and shopping areas. Each complex has a community room that are available to residents for special events and activities.
